The basic language module is designed to develop the trilingual competence of all AlmaU students. Russian department students intensively study Kazakh and English languages, Kazakh department students take Russian and English language courses. Students of English study Kazakh and English languages.
The module program is based on the standard curriculum of the cycle of general education disciplines for organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education and the best world practices in the field of adult language education.
The Transformative Humanities module includes the following disciplines: Module of socio-political knowledge (sociology/ political science), Module of socio-political knowledge (cultural studies/ psychology), Philosophy, History of Kazakhstan, Research design, Critical thinking, Life design, Service to society, Physical culture.
