Program Description
The “8D04101 — Management” program at AlmaU represents the highest academic level of training for researchers and experts in strategic management and organizational development. The program aims to develop a new generation scientific school capable of creating original management concepts and developing practice-oriented solutions for both business and the public sector. </span
The doctoral program combines in-depth theoretical and methodological training with independent research in strategic management, digital transformation, sustainability (ESG), corporate governance, HR analytics, and behavioral economics. Particular emphasis is placed on publication activity, participation in international research projects, and academic mobility.

Program Description
The program prepares PhD researchers and academic staff in the field of marketing. It is aimed at developing fundamental and applied competencies necessary for conducting independent scientific research, generating new theories and solutions in marketing, and creating innovative models of strategic marketing and branding.
The program provides a deep understanding of research methodology, analytical marketing, marketing metrics, and balanced scorecards. It also develops the ability to critically analyze information, apply modern research methods to solve scientific problems, and contribute to the theory and practice of marketing at both national and international levels.
