The activity of a psychologist is aimed at maintaining a positive moral and psychological climate in the student body
The group therapy room or philosophy club is a space where students can share their personal reflections on various psychological topics in a confidential atmosphere.
Everyone faces difficult crises in life. In such moments, staying calm and emotionally stable can seem almost impossible. It’s crucial to remember that only you can decide how to respond to the situation, and you have the power to manage your mindset—to transform a destructive state into one that is creative, resourceful, and motivating. When you focus on the problem, you may notice even more difficulties and contradictions. However, by shifting your perspective and viewing the situation as a life challenge, you can unlock the opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop your best qualities, and strengthen your character. Focusing on internal growth helps you navigate life’s challenges more adaptively and with greater resilience, making you less dependent on external circumstances. You can count on complete confidentiality when signing up for a personal psychological consultation. Seeking advice and support is a meaningful act of self-care.
