INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT
The Institute of Educational Development of Almaty Management University was established to promote the improvement of the scientific level and content of the educational process, modernization and development of the education system in Kazakhstan through the study and implementation of the best international and domestic experience in the context of globalization and the creation of an economy based on knowledge and innovation.
CENTER FOR EUROPEAN UNION STUDIES
The purpose of the Center is to develop cooperation and integration between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the European Union through academic programs, interdisciplinary research projects, conferences, guest lectures, seminars and discussions on issues related to the European Union and European countries in general.

CENTER FOR CREATIVE INDUSTRIES
The Center’s goal is to develop creativity and creative industries in Kazakhstan and Central Asia through research and training.
The Center aims to fill the gap by conducting practical research and acting as an active advocate for all scientific developments.

THE CENTER FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
The Center for Sustainable Development was established in 2022. The Center was created in response to the growing need for research and projects on the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals in Kazakhstan and Eurasia. The Center is also a platform for intersectoral dialogue.
The Center promotes the sustainable development agenda, trains new experts in the field of SDGs and ESG, and develops innovative solutions in the field of sustainable development for society, government and business.
CENTER FOR POLITICAL STUDIES
The purpose of the center is to study the dynamics of possible challenges and risks that Kazakhstan may potentially face, both in the international arena and at the regional level, as well as to analyze the existing potential for ensuring sustainable development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The center’s activities are also aimed at training and training young specialists who are able to further professionally navigate the issues of current trends in regional development and the modern system of international relations through the use of advanced achievements in the field of modeling the development of relevant global and regional processes.

NEUROMARKETING LABORATORY
Neuromarketing is a new branch of marketing that uses methods and ideas from neuroscience, psychology, and economics for marketing purposes.
The purpose of the Laboratory is to form a competitive research and training center that carries out fundamental and applied research in the field of marketing.
Laboratory Tasks:
1. to train students, postgraduates and doctoral students to conduct neuromarketing research;
2. conducting scientific research;
3. implementation of applied projects;
4. provision of consulting services;
5. dissemination of new knowledge and technologies in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
6. development of interest among students, undergraduates, doctoral students and young scientists in research activities.
The first laboratory in Kazakhstan, which was created with the support of the business partner of Magnum Cash&Carry LLP.
The AlmaU neuromarketing laboratory is equipped with a modern Tobii Eye glasses II mobile eye tracking system, facereading technology and aroma sprayers.
LABORATORY OF BEHAVIORAL AND EXPERIMENTAL ECONOMICS
The main purpose of the laboratory is to develop research, including cooperation with external organizations, conducting trainings and training seminars in order to spread knowledge in the field of laboratory competence, including on a paid basis, improving educational programs, relevant specialties, implementing paid projects based on receiving orders from external market participants and government agencies.

LABORATORY OF WEBOMETRIC ANALYSIS AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
The goal is a webometric analysis of websites and networks using artificial intelligence methods and tools to identify the characteristics and trends of the organizations representing them

CENTER FOR ECONOMIC POLICY RESEARCH
The purpose of the scientific department is to conduct scientific and practical research on topical issues of economic policy.
Field of research: economic policy.
Specialized research areas: Macroeconomics, economic policy, finance, public policy, sectoral policy, economics of developing countries.
Tasks of the scientific department: Participation in scientific and practical events, conducting research, involving faculty and students of the School of Economics and Finance, submitting applications for research funding, holding events together with partners.
