On June 4, 2025, first-year bachelor’s and second-year college students of the “Law” educational program took part in a business game on the discipline “Mediation” under the topic:
“Methods of Dispute Resolution within the Framework of Pre-trial Mediation Procedures.”
During the event, students worked in teams and presented group projects analyzing real-life cases involving dispute resolution through pre-trial reconciliation procedures. Participants of the game took on key roles such as mediator, conflicting parties, and third parties involved in mediation.
This training format enables future lawyers to reinforce their theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills in the field of alternative dispute resolution, aimed at protecting the rights and interests of the parties without resorting to court proceedings.
