The procedure for transfer and reinstatement of students:

Transfer of students is carried out during the holiday period from one educational organization to others, from one form of education to another, from one language department to another, from one educational programme to another, from a paid basis to studying under the state educational order, including within the University.

1. At the same time, in case of state of emergency, occurrence of social, natural and man-made extraordinary situations, wartime, as well as in the conditions of armed and military conflicts in the country of study, the transfer and reinstatement of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, fellow countrymen from foreign Organizations of Higher Vocational Education Institutions (OHVEI) are carried out during the academic year.
2. In case of decision made by the authorized body on suspension, withdrawal and deprivation of the license and (or) annex to the license to engage in educational activities, the student of the given HVEI is transferred to other HVEIs to continue his/her education during the current semester from the date of decision made by the authorized body on suspension, withdrawal and deprivation of the license and (or) annex to the license. 3.In case of voluntary termination of the license and (or) annex to the license to engage in educational activities or liquidation of the OHVEI, the student of the particular OHVEI is transferred to other OHVEI for continuing education during the current semester from the date of voluntary return of the OHVEI about the termination of the license and (or) annex to the license or liquidation of the OHVEI.

4.In case of suspension, deprivation or expiry of accreditation, the student of the particular OHVEI is transferred to other OHVEIs for further education within one month from the date of the decision made on suspension, deprivation or expiry of accreditation.

5.Transfer and reinstatement of students of OHVEIs is carried out in the presence of a specialized accreditation
