From August 26 to September 8, 2024, Igenbaeva Bissenkul, a lecturer at the School of Management and the School of Economics and Finance at AlmaU, successfully completed a scientific internship at the Business School of Vilnius University. The internship took place as part of the postdoctoral program “Zhas Galym” and was aimed at exchanging experience in the field of educational programs on entrepreneurship and innovation.
During the internship, Vilnius University experts shared modern approaches to practice-oriented education in programs such as Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Deep Tech Entrepreneurship, International Business, International Project Management, Digital Marketing, Corporate Finance, and Investments. Special attention was given to integrating the learning process with real-world company demands, as well as exploring various methods for evaluating entrepreneurial education outcomes.
In addition, Bissenkul Igenbaeva, together with her colleagues, discussed the design of educational programs in entrepreneurship and examined the latest trends in business education. This will enable the introduction of innovative practices into the education of AlmaU students.
