AlmaU continues to develop education at the international level. On February 3, a ceremony was held at AlmaU to celebrate the CPA Eurasia international accreditation of the “Accounting and Audit” program. This accreditation confirms that the program meets international standards in accounting, auditing, and finance.
The event featured opening remarks by Ásel Arynqyzy, Vice-Rector for Academic Development, who emphasized that the accreditation is an important step in enhancing education quality and expanding opportunities for students.

The speakers highlighted the importance of the accreditation and emphasized the program’s practical focus and value for students’ future careers.
During the event, students were presented with the CPA Eurasia certificate and educational materials.
The ceremony was enriched with musical performances: Dana Nurgalieva, a Finance program student, performed Kurmangazy’s Balbyrauyn, and Darhan Dastan, a first-year Accounting and Audit student, performed Aday.

The CPA Eurasia accreditation opens new professional opportunities for students and graduates, including recognition of qualifications across Eurasian countries and broader career prospects.
