The results of the 2025 annual “Best Scientist” award have been announced. Following the competitive selection, 50 scientists from research institutes, universities, and scientific divisions of various organizations were named laureates.
Among these 50 laureates, we are proud to congratulate Aziza Zhuparova, Research Professor at the School of Digital Technologies and Economics, on her well-deserved victory! Aziza is also the Editor-in-Chief of our scientific journal Eurasian Journal of Entrepreneurship, whose first issue was published very recently.
The award was established in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 103-VIII “On Science and Technological Policy” and is aimed at supporting scientists who have made a significant contribution to the development of science and technology. In 2025, 358 applications were submitted across seven fields: natural sciences, engineering and technology, medicine and healthcare, social sciences, humanities and arts, agricultural and veterinary sciences, and military sciences and national security. All 53 appeals were reviewed according to established criteria.
We thank all laureates for their significant contribution to the development of domestic science.
