On February 21-22, the Republican Debate Tournament ATAMEKEN CUP XXIV on the topic “Constitutional Renewal” was held at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. The event was organized within the framework of promoting the principles of the state initiative “Honest Citizen.”
The main goal of the tournament is to develop the debate movement in Kazakhstan, enhance the intellectual potential of youth, and foster students’ skills in argumentation, public speaking, and critical thinking. Special attention during the competition was given to promoting active civic engagement and a culture of constructive dialogue among young people.
Students from leading universities across the country took part in the tournament, demonstrating a high level of preparation, analytical thinking, and the ability to conduct meaningful discussions on important social issues.
As a result of the competition, Abutalip Aruzhan, a 3rd-year student of the Logistics educational program, won 1st place, достойно representing the university and confirming the high level of student training.
This victory became a vivid example of the intellectual potential and active civic position of young people.
