The university has completed a student survey aimed at assessing satisfaction with learning conditions and campus life. The results were analyzed and presented to the university leadership for further decision-making.
This year, we observed a significant increase in student engagement with feedback processes. The number of survey participants grew substantially compared to the previous year, indicating that students value being heard and actively contributing to the development of the university environment.
There is also a positive trend in overall satisfaction: students highly appreciated the improvements in the educational process, infrastructure accessibility, and quality of interaction with university services.
Particularly valuable are the detailed comments shared by students, which raised important topics such as infrastructure development and renewal, the performance of IT services, flexibility of learning formats, improved communication, the work of the Advising Center, digitalization, and program enhancement. All suggestions were carefully reviewed and will form the basis for concrete actions to be implemented through action plans developed by the respective departments.
In addition, open-format meetings were held between deans and students, where survey results were thoroughly discussed and future steps for improvement were outlined.
The university continues to build a sustainable system of student engagement based on the principles of openness, collaboration, and continuous development. Looking ahead, we plan to implement new initiatives, regularly monitor progress, and introduce additional channels for dialogue. We firmly believe that the university of the future is created in collaboration with students — as a space for growth, support, and opportunities for everyone.
