In the 2023-2024 academic year, we are conducting training sessions titled “Psychological Climate in the Group” at the request of advisors, instructors, and students themselves. These sessions aim to explore the internal psychological climate within groups, enhance group cohesion, and improve interpersonal relationships among participants.
The training includes a variety of exercises and activities designed to establish trustful relationships. Participants have the opportunity to work on self-presentation and identify and discuss the dynamics of intra-group relationships. Each session is conducted in a light, playful manner, creating an atmosphere of safety and friendliness, which is especially important for students looking to express their thoughts and feelings.
So far, six of these training sessions have been held, and the results demonstrate their effectiveness. Participants report that the sessions help them not only to understand each other better but also to establish productive collaboration in their academic work. Discussing issues and challenges within the group in an open dialogue format allows for the exploration of solutions and strengthens mutual understanding.
The “Psychological Climate in the Group” training has become a significant step toward creating a comfortable and supportive environment for students. Participants feel heard and valued, which in turn boosts their motivation and enhances academic performance. Group interactions become more constructive, and students begin to appreciate and respect the diversity of opinions and perspectives.
We continue to invite all interested individuals to participate in future training sessions, which will help you better understand yourself and your peers, strengthen team spirit, and create a positive atmosphere in the learning environment. For registration or more information about the training, please reach out to your advisors or instructors.
