DEAR STUDENTS!
Almaty Management University announces a competition for the awarding of vacant state educational grants that became available during the process of higher or postgraduate education following the results of the spring and summer semesters of the 2024–2025 academic year.
The competition is conducted in accordance with the “Rules for the Awarding of Educational Grants for the Payment of Higher or Postgraduate Education with the Conferral of the Degree of ‘Bachelor’ or ‘Master’.” Students with grades of “F” are not eligible to apply for vacant educational grants.
Students enrolled on a paid basis who wish to participate in the competition for further study under an educational grant must prepare the list of documents below, including consent for the publication of their GPA in open access, and submit an application with the attached documents via Platonus (in their personal account, under Service Applications → Applications, select the service Application for a Vacant Grant), or bring the documents to the Registrar’s Office (room 107) by 25.07.2025:
- Application to participate in the competition, including consent for the publication of the GPA in open access (the applicant’s full name must be written strictly in accordance with their ID). A sample application is provided in Appendix 2.
- Scanned copy of ID card on one page.
- Transcript (provided by the Registrar’s Office. The student must confirm that all grades are correctly recorded).
Applications and documents submitted after 25.07.2025 will not be considered.

Students enrolled on a paid basis and having no academic debts in their courses at the time of the competition are eligible to participate.
