Studies at AlmaU will begin at the School of Transformative Humanities– This is a unique interdisciplinary bachelor’s degree for talented and motivated students, which opens access to the global intellectual space.For these purposes, the Tolyq Adam program was created within the framework of which, in the first year of study, AlmaU develops soft skills among students, including communication, continuous learning, self-organization, creative and critical thinking, the ability to work with information and the development of stress tolerance, independent and teamwork skills, which in the future will allow students to easily master any knowledge and change professions.The unique TOLYQ ADAM program was developed by the AlmaU teaching staff and AlmaU University acts as a unique and only platform for its implementation. The program is based on the principles formulated by the great national thinker Abai Kunanbayev: familiarization with high culture, caring for the Motherland, respect for the diversity of our world, which allows us to educate responsible leaders with the right worldview and attitudes.

Tolyq Adam Institute at AlmaU is an educational and research space dedicated to cultivating a holistic, mature, and socially responsible individual, grounded in the philosophy of Abai and contemporary humanitarian practices.

At the heart of our work is the human being as a unity of mind (ақыл), heart (жүрек), and will (қайрат). We view education not merely as the transmission of knowledge but as a process of profound personal transformation that shapes values, responsibility, and the capacity for conscious leadership.
