Freedom Finance Insurance Joint Stock Company, AlmaU and the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at developing human capital for the insurance market of Kazakhstan.
Under the agreement, with the support of the financial market regulator, the university will implement a training programme for insurance sector professionals in the fields of Data Science and Finance. The programme is designed to develop practical competencies in data analytics, financial modelling and data-driven decision-making
The long-term joint initiative is expected to provide additional momentum for the development of customer analytics and digital solutions within the insurance sector.
In addition, the parties are already planning to consider the signing of a supplementary agreement to launch a scholarship programme for students enrolled in relevant academic fields.
