The Institute of International Relations, part of the School of Social Sciences and Transformative Humanities at AlmaU, is dedicated to training highly qualified specialists with deep theoretical knowledge and practical skills in international relations, diplomacy, and the global economy

AlmaU Diplomatic Club is a venue for open lectures and meetings between diplomats and students, where students learn about the intricacies of diplomatic service and gain practical knowledge on current issues in international relations and diplomacy

Center for Political Studies is an expert and analytical platform for research in international relations, the global economy, and sustainable development

These educational programs are designed to train specialists in international relations, diplomacy, and the global economy. The curriculum combines fundamental training in the theories of international relations and the fundamentals of the global economy. The learning process is based on a practice-oriented approach, which includes mandatory internships. Graduates of these programs work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, diplomatic missions, international organizations, and transnational corporations

Faculty

The Institute of International Relations employs faculty with extensive practical experience working in international organizations and large companies. The faculty includes doctors and candidates of science, PhDs, associate professors, master’s students in social and economic sciences, and practicing specialists
