AlmaU invites applications for academic exchange programs for the fall semester of the 2026-2027 academic year under the self-funded format.
Participation in the academic exchange program is an opportunity to gain international educational experience, broaden professional and academic horizons, develop language competencies, build international connections, and enhance competitiveness in the labor market.
Undergraduate students (1st-2nd year) and Master’s students (1st year) are eligible to apply.
The self-funded format means that students cover all expenses related to participation in the program (except tuition fees at the host university). These expenses include accommodation, visa costs, round-trip airfare, medical insurance, and personal expenses.
The competition is open until March 10, 2026 (inclusive).

Eligible applicants must meet the following requirements:

at least 18 years old;
-
GPA of 3.0 or higher;
-
no academic debt;
-
English proficiency level of at least B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
Required documents:

motivation letter in English;
-
2-4 recommendation letters (from lecturers, deans, or employers);
-
parental or guardian consent;
-
academic transcript.

Students applying to partner universities in Russia must submit motivation and recommendation letters in Russian.
