
The representative office of AlmaU in Aktau has successfully completed the corporate professional development program “Manager Standard”, implemented for employees of Oil Services Company.
The training took place from October 18 to December 21, 2025, totaling 120 academic hours of intensive learning. The program consisted of seven modules covering modern management approaches and practical tools for effective management.

The program was designed for two groups of company managers, with 20 participants in each group. One of the key stages of the program was the preparation of team-based project work aimed at addressing real operational challenges within the company. The final projects were successfully defended and are already being implemented in the company’s operational processes.
During the training, particular emphasis was placed on developing leadership competencies, strengthening systemic managerial thinking, and improving operational efficiency through modern management practices.
