
On March 22, 2026, in Hollywood, California, United States, the annual conference of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) took place.
During the event, Honorary Professor of AlmaU Pan Suk Kim was awarded by ASPA President John Bartle and ASPA Executive Director William Shields for his service as the International Director of ASPA. Pan Suk Kim was elected to this position in the spring of 2020 and worked here six years in total. At the conference, he also delivered a presentation titled “ASPA’s Role in an Interconnected World: Connections and Opportunities.”
