This is an offsite executive program for entrepreneurs and leaders, combining management training with practical sailing exercises in a constantly changing environment.
AlmaU Leadership Sailing allows participants to practice management skills in real-time dynamics. Sailing becomes a business model: variable conditions, limited resources, and the need to make fast decisions.
The intensive takes place at Issyk-Kul – a setting that helps step out of daily routines and focus on strategic tasks.
Over 4 days, participants don’t just learn theory, they live the management experience: from analysis and goal setting to action and team accountability for results.
Program overview:
- Day 1: Departure to Issyk-Kul, introductions, goal setting, first review
- Day 2: Leadership and decision-making: training, roles, case studies, team exercises
- Day 3: Sailing practice at Fareast Yacht Club: yacht handling, crew work, real-time decisions
- Day 4: Regatta and management review
- Day 5: Wrap-up, insights, return to Almaty

Accommodation – Ak-Bermet:
