AlmaU and Holon Institute of Technology discuss prospects for international cooperation

On June 19, AlmaU hosted a meeting with representatives of the Holon Institute of Technology (HIT, Israel).

The meeting was held in a hybrid format: HIT President Professor Eduard Yakubov joined the discussion online, while Anatoly Kolominsky, Co-founder “Kazakhstan-Israel Technology & Innovation Bridge” and Antoinette Levy, Director of International Cooperation at the Office of the President of HIT and Head of the Eurasia and Balkans Region, visited AlmaU in person.

Representing AlmaU at the meeting were Sholpan Tazabek, Vice-Rector for Global Partnerships, Assel Aryn, Vice-Rector for Academic Development and Moldir Malshy, Deputy Dean for International Cooperation and Accreditation at the School of Digital Technologies and Economics.

During the meeting, the parties discussed promising areas of cooperation in higher education, research, and international academic engagement. Particular attention was given to the development of joint educational initiatives, faculty mobility programs, collaborative research projects, and the exchange of best practices in innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.

The participants highlighted the strong potential for partnership between AlmaU and the Holon Institute of Technology and expressed their mutual interest in developing a productive and mutually beneficial collaboration.
