Tatyana Soldatenko, Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Business and the Institute of Entrepreneurship of Almaty Management University (AlmaU), PhD, CMC®, and Chair of the Marketing Committee of the Chamber of Management Consultants of Central Asia (CMC Central Asia), has been awarded the international academic distinction of Academic Fellow by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI).
The Academic Fellow ICMCI designation is conferred upon academic leaders who have made outstanding contributions to the advancement of the management consulting profession through research, teaching, and professional practice. The award recognizes internationally acknowledged expertise in advancing management consulting, educating the next generation of professionals, and strengthening collaboration between academia and the consulting industry.
This recognition is of particular significance for Central Asia. Tatyana Soldatenko has become the second Academic Fellow of ICMCI in the region. The first recipient of this international distinction was Asylbek Kozhakhmetov, President of AlmaU, underscoring the University’s leading role in advancing the management consulting profession on the international stage.
The Academic Fellow status provides access to ICMCI’s global community of scholars, educators, and practicing management consultants from around the world. It creates new opportunities for international research collaboration, the exchange of global best practices, the integration of innovative approaches into higher education, and the strengthening of international academic partnerships.
The conferment of this distinction further affirms the high level of academic and professional expertise of AlmaU’s faculty and reinforces the University’s position as one of Central Asia’s leading centres for management education and management consulting.
