On June 18, AlmaU hosted a working meeting with representatives of Distantia LLP, a company specializing in the development of international educational cooperation, recruitment of international students, and support of educational projects.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for promoting AlmaU programs in international markets, expanding the geography of international student recruitment, and developing partnerships with foreign universities and organizations. Particular attention was given to applicant support, career guidance activities outside Kazakhstan, and participation in international educational exhibitions.
Another key topic of discussion was the possibility of launching distance learning programs jointly with foreign universities. The parties also explored opportunities for cooperation with European and Chinese universities in developing joint educational programs aimed at expanding international academic opportunities for students.
One of the key outcomes of the meeting was the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at strengthening international partnerships, attracting international applicants, and implementing joint educational initiatives. The document became an important step toward strengthening bilateral relations and established a foundation for future joint projects in international recruitment, academic mobility, and educational program development.

The meeting and the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation between AlmaU and Distantia LLP marked an important step toward expanding the university’s international presence and opened new opportunities for long-term partnership, while further strengthening AlmaU’s position in the global educational landscape.
