From June 29 to July 3, the AlmaU Leadership Sailing project successfully took place on the picturesque shores of Lake Issyk-Kul, bringing together leadership development, hands-on sailing practice, and participation in a real sailing regatta.
Participants completed a practice-oriented leadership intensive designed to develop managerial skills, teamwork efficiency, and strategic thinking.
The program included:
🔹 Leadership Intensive
- leading in uncertainty;
- managerial decision-making;
- effective teamwork and role distribution;
- strategic thinking development.
⛵ Sailing Training and Regatta
Participants learned the basics of yacht handling and sailing navigation, worked as part of yacht crews, and took part in a real sailing regatta under the supervision of professional skippers.
AlmaU Leadership Sailing became a unique learning environment where leadership theory was transformed into real practice through teamwork, decision-making, and real-life challenges at sea.
