
From April 1 to April 15, 2026, graduate students of the AlmaU School of Management Batzhanov Yernar, Nadyrkul Yerkin, Shanashbayeva Asem, and Bakbergen Zhadra – completed a research internship within the framework of master’s research work at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University in Baku, Azerbaijan.
As part of the program, the graduate students were engaged in research activities across various structural departments of ASOIU and gained insight into the university’s management system, educational processes, strategic planning, and quality assurance practices.

One of the key components of the internship was the preparation of research articles for publication in a scientific journal. This work contributed significantly to the development of the students’ research competencies.
As part of their teaching practice, the students also delivered classes for ASOIU students, gaining valuable international teaching experience.
The internship program included meetings with university leadership, faculty deans, and administrative staff, as well as familiarization with scientific infrastructure, laboratories, and library resources. The participants also took part in academic events and visited the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ), which broadened their understanding of international academic cooperation.
At the conclusion of the program, the students were awarded certificates for successfully completing the internship.
