On May 15, the AlmaU team visited VitAlem, a modern concierge medicine clinic that partners with the university as part of the voluntary health insurance (VHI) program for employees.
During the visit, colleagues became acquainted with the clinic, its team of doctors, service format, and the opportunities available to AlmaU employees through the VHI program. It was especially valuable to witness the high level of service, personalized approach, and atmosphere of genuine care for every patient.
As part of the Open House Day at VitAlem, AlmaU employees:
● learned more about the services available under the VHI program
● received answers to their questions
● explored the concierge medicine service model
● met personal physicians and learned about the individual patient support system
● highly appreciated the quality of medical care and service standards
