Urban Studies Center

The Center for Urban Studies was founded in 2020 and implements a unique bachelor’s degree program in the country – “Urbanism and City Management”.

AlmaU’s Urbanism Center has several public values and functions:

1. Promotion of innovations: a platform for bringing together various creative and innovative initiatives

2. Development of urban projects: the development and implementation of urban projects that contribute to the improvement of the urban environment, infrastructure and cultural events.

3. Creation of an educational base: innovative educational programs, seminars and master classes

4. Promotion of cooperation: between entrepreneurs, artists, designers and other creative professionals, which can stimulate the growth of a creative cluster.

5. Improvement of the urban environment: conducting research on the development of a comfortable urban environment.
