As part of the IAUP Central Asia 2026 Regional Conference held at AlmaU, a fair featuring locally produced goods brought together local farmers, entrepreneurs, and food producers. Participants presented agricultural products, natural foods, and other locally made goods.
The fair served not only as a platform for discovering local brands but also as a space for professional networking. Farmers and producers established new business contacts, exchanged knowledge and experience, and discussed modern approaches to production, product promotion, and sustainable agricultural development.

Special attention was given to strengthening cooperation between the university and the local community. AlmaU supports producers by providing opportunities for consultation, knowledge exchange, and access to modern technologies. Local farmers and food producers can also access the university’s infrastructure and expert resources, including the Neuromarketing and Neuromanagement Laboratory, established with the support of AlmaU’s business partner, Magnum Cash&Carry LLP. These resources can contribute to product improvement and the introduction of more sustainable agricultural practices.
Holding such events as part of the international IAUP conference supports local entrepreneurship, promotes domestically produced goods, and strengthens sustainable partnerships between the university, businesses, and the agricultural community.
