Competition for Available State Educational Grants
AlmaU announces a competition for the award of vacant state educational grants released at the end of the autumn semester of the 2025-2026 academic year in the process of studying in higher and postgraduate education programs.
The competition is held in accordance with the Rules for awarding an educational grant to pay for higher or postgraduate education with the award of a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

DEAR STUDENTS!
Almaty Management University announces a competition for vacant state educational grants that have become available for students pursuing higher or postgraduate education following the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.
The competition is conducted in accordance with the “Rules for Awarding Educational Grants for Higher or Postgraduate Education Leading to a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.” Students with “F” grades are not eligible for vacant educational grants.
Students studying on a fee-paying basis and wishing to participate in the competition for further education on an educational grant must prepare the following list of documents indicating consent to the publication of their GPA score in the public domain and submit an application and attach documents via Platonus (in the personal account in the Applications for services section, select the category – Applications, select the service – Application for a vacant grant), or bring the documents to the Registrar’s Office (office-107) no later than 16.01.2025:
1) An application to participate in the competition, indicating consent to the publication of your GPA (full name must be spelled exactly as on your ID card). A sample application is provided in Appendix 2;
2) A one-page scan of your ID card;
3) A transcript (provided by the Registrar’s Office. The student must confirm that all grades have been entered correctly).
Applications and documents submitted after January 16, 2025, will not be considered.

*** Students enrolled on a fee-paying basis and with no outstanding academic records are eligible to participate in the competition.
