AlmaU held its regular HR Hour dedicated to Higher Education Professionals’ Day in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The meeting focused on professional development and upskilling opportunities for the University’s faculty.
During the HR Hour, three professional development programmes for AlmaU faculty members were presented: teaching methodology, inclusive education methodology, and the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process.

The programmes focus on practical tools that faculty members can apply in their everyday teaching, including modern approaches to organising the learning process, principles of inclusive education, and opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence into education.
«Professional development of our faculty is one of the important areas of our work with the team. Our faculty members are one of the University’s key assets, and we want to create opportunities for them to continuously develop, explore new approaches, and master new tools. Higher education is changing rapidly, and it is important that we continue to grow alongside it. Programmes like these not only help strengthen professional competencies, but also encourage knowledge sharing, new ideas, and their practical application in working with students», – Sitora Mustafaeva, Chief HR Manager, Organizational Development Department.

The teaching methodology programme will start on October 5. Further details about the programme and training schedule will be shared separately.
